The Echoes Open Juried Exhibition is a project of the WAAC Curatorial Collective. This collective developed from a curatorial mentoring workshop in 2021 at the Women’s Art Association of Canada led by Heather Gentleman and Margaret Rodgers. One hundred and eighty artists from across Canada and the United States, and one from Switzerland, submitted 417 artworks, including digital media, drawing, mixed media, painting, sculpture, printmaking, photo-based, photography, video and installation/interactive works.
