CANCELLED Presentation by the Director of the historical Querini Stampalia Foundation (Venice)
The Istituto Italiano di Cultura in Toronto will host Mariagusta Lazzari, Director of the historical Querini Stampalia Foundation, located in Venice, who will be presenting the Foundation and its activities, including the wonderful art collection housed in its museum.
A documentary about the Foundation by filmmaker Francesca Molteni will also be presented.
Ms. Lazzari will also be speaking about the severe damage caused to the museum following the exceptional tide that struck Venice on the night of November 12, 2019.
