Friday, April 12 at 7pm, an interactive workshop Cooking with Paul: Vodka and Mushrooms / 100 ja seened will take place. 

Estonia has a long history of producing and enjoying vodka. The first announcement of vodka production on Estonian soil is from as early as 1485. We have various traditions for ways to drink vodka. 100 ja seened (100g with mushrooms) refers to the tradition of having a bite of salted mushrooms or marinated mushroom salad with 100g of vodka. At this event led by chef Paul Lillakas and vodka specialist Wes Galloway, we will have a chance to taste different vodkas and learn how to make tasty bites to go along with the vodka.
