Telling Environmental Stories with YOUR Pictures: An Interactive Workshop

The Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) Adult Workshop: Telling Environmental Stories with YOUR Pictures- An Interactive Workshop will allow you to explore the power of nature photography. Professional photographers Vincent Lik and Deirdre Leowinata, along with Assistant Curator Burton Lim, will take your personal nature pictures to the next level. This workshop also includes lunch and a guided visit to the third instillation of Wildlife Photographer of the Year. Registration required.

Take a step back in time and learn the joyful and free-spirited swing dances from the 1920s-1950s, including Lindy Hop/Jitterbug and Charleston. No experience necessary, no partners required. Presented in partnership with Active 55+ Culture and Active 55+ Fitness.

Defending the Caveman is a worldwide rock-solid tour de force and Broadway’s history-making comedy phenomenon about the sexes.   A hilariously insightful play about the ways men and women relate. It has both sexes roaring with laughter and recognition.

Champlain, Across the water

On Sunday, October 25, join the educational to the playful with « Champlain Across the Water! ». An interactive show presented by Ecoloodi that will take children to a great adventure with Samuel de Champlain! Board the ship in France in 1603 and let it take you all the way to Toronto in 2015.

The Lesson

The company Caravague and André Nerman are proud to invite you to "The Lesson", a play by Eugène Ionesco on Friday, October 16 in the Spadina Theater with André Nerman in the role of the teacher, Anna Jahjah for the student and Solene Rabas who will play the role of the help.
